Cuvee “Der Inntaler”
Der Inntaler

“Der Inntaler“ (pronounce “there-intahler”) is a unique composition of three exquisite fruits: honeysweet quince, fruity Williams pear and precious wild raspberry. Named after the home region of our distillery - the Inn valley - this distinguished trio is a harmonious and matured brandy cuvee.

“Der Inntaler” has its roots in Styria, Upper Austria and the Carpathian forests, where our trusted farmers carefully harvest the purest and healthiest fruits once they have ripened to perfection. After naturally fermenting and having been carefully double distilled we meld the precious middle cuts with great care to obtain this unique cuvee.

The brandy then matures in open glass balloons for a minimum of five years. The alcohol lessens during maturation, giving way to the fantastic flavors that make this cuvee truly unmistakable.
