Wild Raspberry

Our raspberries grow in the wilds of the Carpathian forests. During harvest time the red, round and soft berries are juicy, have an intense scent and burst with flavors. They are harvested by hand and taken to collection points on a daily basis and cooled instantly.

The berries are shipped to our distillery, where we mash them at a temperature of around 20 degrees Celsius (70 degrees Fahrenheit). The natural fermentation process of the additive-free berry mash begins quickly within a few hours. After careful double distillation, the treasured middle cut then matures for a minimum of three years in open glass balloons.

We are especially proud of the result: Our raspberry distillate is full of fruity and compact flavors, and is long-lasting on the palate.
