Red Williams Pear
Rote Williamsbirne

Named after the color of its skin at harvest, this red Williams pear is the most precious of its kind. Among distillers, it is highly regarded for its unique, full and fruity pear flavors.

Our Red Williams pear originates from the sunny regions of western Styria (Austria), where they grow under ideal climate conditions. Each pear ripens to perfection on the tree! To ensure this quality, our harvest may take up to four weeks.

Picked, sorted and cleaned by hand, the pears are turned into mash immediately at harvest. The natural and additive-free fermentation begins within a few hours

After completing fermentation and careful double distillation, we mature the fruit brandy for a minimum of five years, following an old Tyrolean tradition.

Over time, alcohol and fruit combine and balance to a harmonious unity. The finished pear brandy then bursts with juicy, bold and authentic pear flavors.
