Williams Pear

Our Williams pear originates from the sunny regions of western Styria (Austria), where they grow under ideal climate conditions. Each pear ripens to perfection on the tree! Only then does the fruit develop its delicate sweet aromatic pear flavors, which are the secret to enjoyment of our later fruit brandy. We guarantee this by making up to 15 passes through our pear orchard during harvest season.

Picked and sorted by hand, the pears are turned into mash immediately at harvest. The additive-free fermentation begins within a few hours. We then ship the 100% natural pear mash home to our distillery.

After naturally fermenting and having been gently distilled twice, we mature the treasured middle cut in glass balloons for a minimum of six years. The fruit brandy then bursts with juicy and fruity flavors of exquisite Williams pears. It is strong and full, yet smooth and soft.
