Special edition „Annia’s Gin“:
Rested Gravenstein apple fruit brandy & finest wild juniper


Distilled from matured Gravenstein apple fruit brandy rested in glass balloons for up to ten years, and sixfold-screened juniper, Annia’s Gin is made solely from the finest fruit and wild juniper.

Named after Gunter Rochelt’s daughter Annia, this distillate is produced without any additional additives nor industrial alcohol, using a 100% natural production method. The harmony of fruity apple and aromatic juniper flavors make Annia’s Gin truely unmistakable.

Annia’s Gin tastes its best when served straight at room temperature, refined with a slice of Gravenstein apple skin and enjoyed drop by drop. Alternatively, we recommend a classic „G&T“ with 2cl Annia’s Gin and 8cl Tonic (e.g. Fevertree), likewise some apple skin and a little ice to preserve the fine flavors.

Now available: The exquisite „Rochelt brandy chocolates“

The summer break is over! Our popular brandy chocolates are available now for sale. In close co-operation with a first-class chocolatier from Innsbruck (Austria) we offer four different kinds: Wild raspberry, orange, Wachau apricot and Williams pear. Our fruity brandies combined with the exquisite Jivara Lactee or the dark Guanaja Grand Cru chocolate from Valrhona offer a fine and unique chocolate-brandy-specialty. One wooden box contains 10 pieces.

Our website now offers you the chance to get an even better insight into our Fruit Brandy Distillery in general and our daily work in particular. From harvest to distilling and from maturation to enjoyment, as well as the history of our family owned company and our new pocket flasks and unique brandy glasses. The new photo galleries in large format tell our story in an interesting and vivid way. Only to be topped by one thing: a personal visit to our distillery in Fritzens/Tyrol.
